A transparent view of what happens before, during and after an individual Scriptworkbase consultation.
01 · Send a short outline
Use the contact form to name the employment stage, the consultation you are considering and the decision in front of you. Do not send medical records, identity documents or a complete personnel file.
02 · We check fit
Within two working days, we confirm whether the question fits a guidance appointment. We may point you directly to legal representation, a public authority, health insurer or medical professional if that route is more appropriate.
03 · Prepare only what matters
You receive a short preparation list. Typical items are contract type, expected birth date, current working pattern, key notices and selected employer correspondence. You may redact names that are not relevant.
04 · Work through the timeline
At the Düsseldorf office or by video, we establish facts first, then decisions, then communication. The session stays within the agreed scope so that the final action note remains useful.
05 · Receive and use your note
For consultations that include one, the written note arrives within two working days. It records the discussion and open questions; it is not a legal opinion or a message sent on your behalf.
