Payment is due after the appointment is confirmed and before it begins. We issue a VAT invoice. There is no recurring charge.
When scope changes
If your documents reveal a dispute, a missed statutory deadline or a need for legal representation, we will pause before charging and explain why a qualified employment lawyer may be more suitable. Extra document review is never added silently; any separate quote states the pages, task and fee.
Rescheduling and cancellation
One reschedule is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged because the appointment time cannot usually be reassigned. Full conditions appear in our cancellation and refund policy.
