Data, purposes and legal bases

When you enquire, we process your name, contact details, selected service and message to respond and take pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For confirmed work, we process appointment, invoice and relevant consultation information to perform the contract and meet tax obligations (Articles 6(1)(b) and (c)). Essential website storage remembers cookie choice on the basis of legitimate interests and applicable telecommunications law; optional analytics require consent.

Please do not send medical records through the form. If health information later becomes strictly necessary, we request explicit consent or identify another lawful basis before receiving it.

Recipients and transfers

Access is limited to personnel and contracted providers who need it for hosting, email, video appointments, bookkeeping or secure storage. Processors are bound by data-protection terms. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we use an adequacy decision or approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and assess supplementary protections.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Consultation working files are normally retained for three years after the end of the engagement, unless an earlier deletion is appropriate. Invoices and legally required accounting records are retained for the German statutory period. Consent records remain as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent prospectively. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.

Security and updates

We use access controls, limited collection and protected storage proportionate to the information. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure. We update this notice when processing materially changes; the current version is published here.
