Who this appointment is for
This review is for employees in Germany who are pregnant, approaching a Mutterschutz protection period, considering Elternzeit, or preparing to return. It is especially useful when dates and employer messages no longer form a clear sequence.
What we work through
Before the meeting, you send the employment dates and non-sensitive extracts needed to understand the issue. During 75 minutes, an employment guidance consultant will:
- build a timeline around the expected birth date, statutory protection periods and notices;
- identify questions raised by working hours, duties, risk assessment or medical restrictions;
- distinguish Mutterschutz, Elternzeit and part-time request steps;
- review the wording and timing of one planned employer communication;
- map handover or return-to-role considerations.
Within two working days, you receive a concise action note recording discussed dates, open questions and suggested next contacts.
Boundaries
The fee does not include legal representation, communication with your employer, tax or social-security calculations, medical advice, or a binding legal opinion. Documents are read for context, not certified. Urgent dismissal disputes and expired deadlines should go directly to a qualified German employment lawyer.
Format, preparation and fee
Appointments take place at our Düsseldorf office or by video. Bring your contract type, expected birth date, working pattern, relevant employer correspondence and your three most important questions. Please remove medical details that are not needed.
The fixed fee is €165 including VAT. One reschedule is available with 24 hours’ notice.
